Geared toward people who want good cardio respiratory fitness. You will be working with a range of exercises to challenge upper and lower body. Hand, arm, and waist buoys are used if needed. Increase your stamina and endurance while protecting joints and bones. Increase your upper and lower body strength while burning calories, building muscle, improving flexibility and cardio strength.
